At the showroom on Queen Street in Horsham (near the iron bridge) you can see some of the products and discuss your requirements. Whether you would like a single window, a new front door or an entire house of door and windows, you will receive the same personal care and attention to detail with a product to suit you, your budget and your home. Everything is made to measure, from a wide choice of colour and finish, hardware and glazing, all of which combines to offer an end product that is personal to you.

Our range of GRP composite doors and timber-alternative doors are A-rated for energy efficiency, meeting the latest energy efficiency regulations and are installed within a reinforced frame and secured with multi-point locking, hooks and a deadbolt, these doors meet the latest standards and legislation.
Our PVCu windows exceed all current regulations in the UK for window energy efficiency with window energy ratings of up to A++.
Our range of timber alternative windows have A+ rated glazing as standard, multi-point shoot bolt security locks and security bolts and claws fitted to the frame.

Quotation: Initially we will make an appointment to visit you at the property so that we can discuss your requirements. With a wealth of local knowledge and industry experience, our sales staff will be able to recommend the most suitable product, taking into account the style and age of your property and your own personal preferences. The quotation is prepared back at the office and will be forwarded to you within a few days of the appointment. There will be no sales pressure, simply a courtesy call to ensure that you have received the quotation. We then leave it up to you to follow up in your own time.  

Survey: Once you have decided to go ahead, our experienced surveyor will make an appointment to see you at the property to enable him to take meticulous measurements, go through the contract in detail with you and then he will ask for the 25% deposit. This can be paid by cheque, debit card or bank transfer. We also accept credit cards but there will be a charge of 2.9% added to the payment. Once back at the office the order will be checked and placed with the manufacturer. You will receive a receipted invoice within a few days, for your records, usually sent by email.

Installation: Once we have a delivery date for your items we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. We understand that it is quite an upheaval having replacement doors and windows fitted and therefore our installers will always treat your home with respect, using dust sheets and cleaning up as they work. You will be handed the invoice for the balance payment on day one of the installation and we ask that payment is made on or before the end of the installation. Our team of friendly fitters have between 25 and 35 years’ experience and all hold FENSA MTC cards, providing you with the reassurance that your installation will be of a nationally recognised standard.

Guarantee: We will provide you with a 10-year insurance backed guarantee from the Plastic Window Federation within two weeks of installation and where applicable your FENSA certificate will be issued directly to you by FENSA within approximately 6 weeks. The deposit payment is covered by a deposit insurance indemnity for additional peace of mind.

After care: With the correct care and maintenance your doors and windows will continue to look like new for years to come. Never use solvent-based or abrasive cleaning products, or products containing bleaching agents; do not use steam cleaners or pressure washers and keep moving metal parts lubricated with silicone spray, including metal to metal contact areas which will help reduce corrosion. You will be provided with a Product Aftercare information sheet with your Plastic Window Federation insurance certificate, which will provide more detailed information about the do’s and don'ts of looking after your doors and windows. However, if you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

Aftersales: Our commitment to customer service does not end with the installation. Should you have any problems with any of your double-glazed products, whether installed by us or not, our Service Engineer will be on hand to help. Just give us a call and we will arrange for him to contact you to make an appointment to come out and see what the problem is and how it can be resolved.
