The windows themselves are beautiful, the olive grey flush look have transformed my 1950s house, and also will help keep it warm and carefully ventilated. We are delighted with the service we received from Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows. Barry called a day after I emailed for a quote and visited our home within a week. Barry was very informed and explained all of the options clearly, following up with a very competitive quote a few days later. After acceptance, Dan came and measured up promptly and we had six new windows fitted around a month later. Our new front door was fitted a few weeks after the windows. The fitters were friendly and respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. The widows and door are really good quality. We received two quotes: one from a Sussex Surrey and another from one of the national companies. Barry was far more professional than the salesman from the other company who stayed for nearly three hours, dismissed any other company as inferior and used all the usual pressure sales techniques. The first quote was two and a half time more than Sussex Surrey and even after offering the managers discount and a cash back offer, was still twice as much, and that was only if I signed up before the weekend. Barry simply measured up and discussed our options in around 45 minutes, then provided a sensible free quote. The communication throughout was first class, and we have promptly received the insurance certificates and the FENSA paperwork is on its way. I highly recommend this company and if you do ask for a quote from a one of the large national firms, make sure you also invite Sussex Surrey to quote as you will save yourself a lot of money, get your windows quicker, receive a friendlier and more personal service, and excellent quality products.

Your service has been extremely good and I am very pleased with the way the installation was carried out. All your staff were very helpful and I would happily recommend you to anyone.
