You may find that the current hot temperatures are causing niggles with your doors and windows
If the issue has not occurred before then it is highly likely to be due to the temperatures we are currently experiencing and as the temperature reduces during the evening you will find that the operation of the door or window will return to normal
We do not operate an emergency call-out service but if the problem persists once the temperature has reduced please contact the office and we will arrange a service visit - office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am-2.00pm on Saturdays.
It is important that you are taking the correct care of the products and we recommend that you lubricate all locks, hinges and moving exposed parts with a silicone spray in order to keep these moving properly and to avoid corrosion build up
Failure to maintain the products may result in the guarantee becoming invalid and a call out charge to rectify the issue
